My husband installs home security systems for ADT and he faces similar issues.
He's given 20 hours of work to complete in an 8-hour window, and he's penalized for things that are out of his control (like faulty parts or customers that don't understand their systems even though he explained it to them for an hour). They started making Saturdays mandatory, and he had to fight to get a day off he was scheduled to have so he could take a trip with his family.
I think the biggest blow was when he was passed over for a "level up" (including a pay raise) because his "numbers were low" (things he couldn't control) and people who had been at the company half as long as he had were bumped up.
Corporate greed is real, and it's starting to wear on the working class. Something has to change.
