A few years ago I wasn't finding the depth I wanted on the topic of how the internet has changed the neural pathways in our brains, and that's what led me to Nicholas Carr's book "The Shallows."

(I know there's some kind of weird twist of irony or something in that, but I'm not sure what it is...)
