99% introvert here, according to every MBTI test I’ve ever taken, but as an INFJ I also have this need to help others.

Just tonight I had a delightful FaceTime call with a friend whose sister and niece moved here just before quarantine began, and she really wanted her to get to know some of her friends, so my daughter (who is the same age as her niece) and I FaceTimed with them. It felt good to feel like I was helping a friend, and helping her sister feel more at home here.

I think there are exceptions for every introvert and extrovert, and it’s tough for all of us to be one a one-track train, no matter what it looks like. As you said, it’s all part of a continuum.
